We had a quite comfortable stay in Birmingham close to local attractions and the Jewellery Quarter. Satisfied with a good size bed and the TV plus the bedroom available. Location was good and great - easy access to a unique museum...

Safe and comfortable stay for families with young children. Some nice ornaments and a glass coffee table, easily moved to prevent breakages. Milk, tea bags, sugar, and breakfast provided. Convenient location near shops. Large rooms with modern furniture. Easy key collection. Prompt and helpful communication from the team. Thoughtful provision of lighter duvet and fan for hotter weather.
